Ms. Jeni
- The kids just call me Miss Jeni or Miss Jen (from my years as a nanny and preschool teacher, it just stuck! Sometimes, when she wants to get my attention, my own Mother even calls me Miss Jeni.) I love children and I love helping families discover new play things that create open-ended learning opportunities...they are all around us. I am particularly eager to assist families and children with special needs. My goal is to assist these families in finding toys that enhance particular therapeutic needs while allowing the child to play with things that his or her peers would also be playing with. I do not believe that "special toys" are required to address "special needs," only that special care and consideration be taken when choosing appropriate toys for any child!

 Hi! I’m Phillip. I manage the Heim’s Downtown Toy Store. I believe in creative and stimulating toys for children. I began at the store shortly after its opening and have happily helped guide and assist many customers toward the perfect gift for that perfect little person. And for all you BIG kids out there feel free to come in and play. There is nothing better than a new toy. My philosophy is toys are designed, manufactured, and sold by adults… so toys MUST be for adults!

 HELLO! I’m Emma Jane; I started at the toy store in January of 2006. Since then I have accumulated toys from every category; everything from my first purchases of a glow Gertie, a clear Marbotz, and a chocolate Tootsie Pop, to my latest purchase of tan beach Crocs and two peace sign Jibbitz! I am a sucker for the game wall and Ugly Dolls. I don't mind occupying your child’s time while you're in the store, whenever you need two hands to find the perfect toy!

 Hi! I'm Kraig! I have been working at Heim's Downtown Toy Store since early 2008. The knowledge I have gained about different toys is incredible. Everyday I come to work it is like I get to travel back in time and be surrounded by some of my favorite toys growing up. I love to help people find that perfect toy that suits them or someone they are shopping for. I hope to see you downtown!!

 Hi! I'm Jenna! I have been working at the Heim's Downtown Toystore since June 2008. Since I've started to work here, I've come to appreciate toys more so then I ever have before. My absolute favorite has to be our amazingly fun Plasmacar! It makes me so happy to see kids come in and their eyes light up while finding that toy that will make them smile and I enjoy helping each customer find the toy that suites them best. Whether its our old-fashioned toys or our latest item I'll be happy to assist you with finding your toy!
